Thanksgiving-Part 2

We spent Thanksgiving with Corey's family on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. It was so nice that a lot of his extended family could be there. It was a very busy house with lots of kids.

 Charlie's favorite part of the day was playing with Uncle Travis and his neat phone.

 I was trying to get a picture of the boys. It wasn't going so well.

 Hudson couldn't figure out what was hitting him in the head.

If I give them each an ornament, will they smile? No!

Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We hung around the house in the morning.

Then we headed to Grandma Cindy's and Grandpa Dan's. We had a wonderful lunch with our family, Grandma and Grandpa, and Uncle Kevin and Aunt Kathy.

 Hudson had his first mashed potatoes.

After lunch, we all took naps. Then we did lots of playing.

We played inside:

Charlie then got his football gear on. Jersey, pants rolled up, socks pulled up to his knees, and socks put under his jersey to look like shoulder pads. Then Grandma Cindy put mascara under his eyes to look like eye blacks.

Later we went outside.

We went on an adventure through the woods on the secret path.

We had to inform Grandma and Grandpa about the secret path we found on their farm.

We ended the night playing football outside.

I found this activity on pinterest and had all the supplies at home. I would like to do it again in a few years when Charlie's hands are a little bigger.

Hudson-6 months

You have had so many changes during the past month:

You can roll back and forth easily.
You can sit-up.
You are scooting around.
You are trying to crawl.
You can go from all fours to a sitting position.

You eat a lot.
6 oz per bottle/7-8 times per day
You eat cereal, fruit, vegetables, and some cracker-like snacks

Your bee is still your favorite toy, but you like the steering wheel a lot also.
You love watching your brother. He can make you laugh so hard.
Bath time has become a favorite. You love to splash water.

Eye Blacks

Charlie was trying out some Bison eye-blacks.

At the ECFE classes this month, they are playing with different modes of transportation. Tonight it was about trains. Charlie was very excited to get the train tracks out. He was a great helper in getting them set-up. 

Dinosaurs

Charlie loves dinosaurs. His favorite show is Dino Dan. He knows a lot of dinosaurs names, what they eat, and how they look. He loves to play with his dinosaur toys and make them fight with each other.
